Both .glft and .glb files are just variants of the same GL Transmission Format, the difference is that .gltf files are JSON based and .glb files are in binary/compiled format. Nonetheless, it should not be hard to find a tool that can export/resave these, for example with Blender. Sometimes plugin is required for glTF format though.
