Programs used to perform the conversion from hcr file to hcc format.
Unfortunately, we have not found any useful information about any kind of hcr to hcc conversion or what it might be. But both of these file types are used in a tool called HydroCAD, so perhaps there exist some particular reason for such conversion. If you need help with that, it might be perhaps best to reach out to HydroCAD support or perhaps some kind of of online community for help.
