Check out some options how htm files might be converted to lqm format.
By all accounts, it is not possible to directly import HTML file (.htm, .html) to LG QuickMemo app and use it or parts of it when saving a new note (.lqm).
Nevertheless, it should be possible to open .html file using a web browser and manually copy the text to the note, or even screenshot the whole web page so it can be added as a picture. As far as we know, no htm to lqm converter exists, which means there are no alternatives for htm to lqm conversion.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

HTM
A htm file extension is used for web documents stored in HTML Hypertext Markup Language file format. HTML language provides a means to create structured documents by denoting structural semantics for text such as headings, paragraphs, lists, links, quotes and other items. Its the main language for writing web pages. A htm web page can be displayed in any Web browser.
LQM
Files with lqm extension are in most cases memo notes saved in the LG's Quick Memo app which is available for Optimus UI and LG UX interfaces.
Files with lqm extension are mainly related to the Liquid Audio software and used for its master data files.
