Find a software converter able to convert iff files to xls files.
iif to xls conversion is probably used for some kind of reporting purpose, typically to generate a bill of materials or similar type of list from 3D model or CAD file. We have not found anything specific about this subject, so perhaps it would be best to contact Maya support or to reach out to some online community. But reporting functions are common nowadays.
