Both .igi and .pigm files come from a software called Indigo Renderer and it is this software you have to use for the purpose of export of either of these files. In case of igi to pigm conversion, this is probably export of material data, but if you need help with something specific, it would be perhaps best to contact their support or reach for help to some online community.
