Possible software with support for converting of indd files to png file format.
Adobe InDesign offers default support for export to several graphics, including JPEG. You can select any element in .indd document and with the File ► Export function save it as a .jpg image. Plenty of settings and other options exists, so you can tweak the output image settings before you save it.
Once you have the .jpg file, you can convert jpg to png using any of the available converters.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

INDD
Files with indd extension are associated with Adobe InDesign and used for its default InDesign document format. InDesign is used to create graphically rich documents, brochures and other more sophisticated texts. It was a part of Adobe Creative suite and currently of Adobe Creative Cloud.
PNG
Files with png extensions are commonly used for Portable Network Graphic files. PNG is a bitmap image mainly used on web pages.
A png file extension is related to the Corel PaintShop Pro and used for its browser catalogue files.
A png file extension is related to the Adobe Fireworks. A png file stores Firework's PNGs are based on the Portable Network Graphic (PNG) format, but contain additional proprietary metadata.
