Unfortunately we do not know about any possible ink to word conversion at this time. But in Office 365 and Office 2019, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word let you convert your ink drawings to standard shapes with the tap of a button. You can quickly draw flow charts and diagrams, combining the ease of drawn shapes with the uniformity of Office graphics.

Files with word file extension can be mainly found as very old text documents made in MacWrite that was available in 90s.
Files with word file extension can be possibly also found as very old documents made by some ancient version of MS Word for Mac.
