If any kind of irf to mov conversion is doable, it would be export of Autodesk Impression drawings (.irf) to Autodesk AutoFlix movie format (.mov), perhaps for the purpose or exporting rendered/visualized content as animation of some sort.
But it might also be possibly attempt export IRF video recordings (iVIEW proprietary H.264) to QuickTime movie (.MOV) format. In this case you have to use the Irftool and export your videos to AVI. Once you have the AVI format you can convert it to MOV.
