Possible software with support for converting of irs files to pdf file format.
Most .irs files we know of, are used for various settings from Adobe products. Settings files typically cannot be exported as PDF documents, unless you want to print the source of these files. So a working or useful conversion of .irs files to .pdf files is highly unlikely.
