Programs used to perform the conversion from is2 file to png format.
IS2 format is used for special infrared image recorded by IRT Cronista. Unless there is a special program bundled together with the device that can export to PNG format, there is probably very limited support for it and is2 to png conversion will be very hard to achieve.
You might want to try open / import the .is2 file in some more professional graphics editor like Photoshop, but the outcome is uncertain.
