IXB format was in the past used for a special type of disk images used in former Ulead software, before it was acquired in Corel in 2006. Some users still own .ixb files and usually wonder how to convert these to ISO or some other common format.
Not many tools support IXB format, but Corel software usually still does. You can always try ISOBuster though or to reach out to its community for help.
