We have found 6 software records in our database eligible for .jpg to .jpx file format conversion.
Whilst it is probably possible to make a jpg to jpx conversion in one of the graphics editors or converters, it will be useless. That is because JPEG 2000 (.jpx) is more sophisticated format and thus has more data when you record in that format, so converting into it from inferior format won't do any good. You need to find RAW source of the JPG image if you want to create a proper JPEG 2000 image.
