What is the best converter used for converting key format to word file format.
Although not common, it should be possible to copy paste the text from a Keynote presentation (.key) and save it in Word document format (typically .docx nowadays), in either Word or some alternative word processor. This should pretty much achieve key to word conversion for you.
Or you can just print the Keynote to PDF and open it using MS Word to preserve some of its formatting.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
