It is likely that at least some label formats (often .lbl) can be exported to PDF format for printing/sharing purposes.

However, in doing so, you won't be longer able to edit these labels in their original or any other suitable programs, just view it using PDF viewer.

This can be usually achieved via dedicated PDF export function or with the print function via virtual PDF printer.
