Converter utilities capable of lqm file to avi format conversion.
It appears that the QuickMemo app for LG phones has no default function to export any video attachments from .lqm files and it is very likely that LQM converter supporting lqm to avi conversion exists.
This means that the only way to recover your videos, would be to extract the .lqm file (it's renamed ZIP archive) and look for the files in the videos subfolder. In most cases, the videos stored within the folder will be in MP4 format, so if you need them in AVI format, you will have to use video conversion software and convert mp4 to avi.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

LQM
Files with lqm extension are in most cases memo notes saved in the LG's Quick Memo app which is available for Optimus UI and LG UX interfaces.
Files with lqm extension are mainly related to the Liquid Audio software and used for its master data files.
AVI
Files with avi file extension are videos or movies that can be played in every media player (sometimes proper codec is needed). These files are also supported by most video editors and converters. Often used for DVD rips on torrents.
