Find a software converter able to convert lqm files to gif files.
Notes saved in QuickMemo app for LG phones (.lqm) may sometime contain pictures in form of an attachment. It is unlikely that you will find some LQM converter that would allow you to directly export these pictures (for example .gif files), thus looking for a way to convert lqm to gif will most likely yield no results.
However, it is not entirely impossible. You can extract .lqm files like any other ZIP archives (they are just renamed .zip files actually) and if any picture was attached to the note, you will find it in the images subfolder.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

LQM
Files with lqm extension are in most cases memo notes saved in the LG's Quick Memo app which is available for Optimus UI and LG UX interfaces.
Files with lqm extension are mainly related to the Liquid Audio software and used for its master data files.
GIF
Files with gif extension are one of the most common bitmap image file formats available on the Internet. Maximum number of colors is 256. This format supports also simple animations and is widely used for banners or fun animations.
