Possible software with support for converting of lqm files to image file format.
LG QuickMemo app allows users to attach images (usually JPEG or PNG images) to their memos, however apparently does not offer the way to simply recover the picture back. No desktop software supports .lqm files, so the only viable choice to recover your pictures is to extract the .lqm file (just rename it to .zip) and look for the pictures folder that should contain any images that were attached to the .lqm memo.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

Files with lqm extension are in most cases memo notes saved in the LG's Quick Memo app which is available for Optimus UI and LG UX interfaces.
Files with lqm extension are mainly related to the Liquid Audio software and used for its master data files.

Files with image file extension may primarily be found as disk images created using the ShrinkWrap OS X (macOS) utility.
Files with image file extension are associated with Squeek programming language. These files contain some source code data.
Files with .image file extension can be also found as various bitmap pictures saved in one of the mostly older file formats.
