Possible software with support for converting of lqm files to odt file format.
Many LG users that use the QuickMemo app, struggle with the exported memos (.lqm) on desktop platforms and often attempt to open or convert them to a particular document format, for example .odt documents for OpenOffice.org / LibreOffice.
Unfortunately, you won't find some lqm to odt converter, so your options are limited. One viable workaround would be to extract the contents of a .lqm file (it's just a ZIP archive) and locate the memoinfo.jlqm file that contains the actual text of the memo.
Once you have the file, open it using any text editor and look for the text somewhere between the meta data and the formatting and copy it to your word processor that allows saving to ODT format.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

LQM
Files with lqm extension are in most cases memo notes saved in the LG's Quick Memo app which is available for Optimus UI and LG UX interfaces.
Files with lqm extension are mainly related to the Liquid Audio software and used for its master data files.
ODT
Files with odt extension is used for the default text document format of many open source word processors, like OpenOffice.org Writer. ODT documents can be opened in all commercial and free word processors.
