Various .lrc files often contain 'lyrics', i.e. the texts of songs that are shown during playback. Users searching for lrc to m4a conversion are often looking for a way to add these directly to their songs, in this case to the MPEG-4 container.
Audio editors often support this function because it is de facto like adding subtitles. The majority of media players also support playback of lyrics together with the song and of course, the same goes for karaoke software.
We do not have any information about specific lrc to m4a converter, but it shouldn't be hard to accomplish the procedure with standard tools.
