What is the best converter used for converting lst format to txt file format.
It is unlikely there is some kind of lst to txt conversion possible. At best, some .lst files are just text files and you could rename them to .txt so they would be associated with text editors by default. But you can open any text files in a text editor regardless of their extension via the File ► Open function.
