It is not possible to convert m3u to wav, simply because .m3u file is a playlist and not audio file like .wav. At best you can check out the location of the files in the playlist, but it's typically relative to folder so pretty much of no use. This means that there is no software that can help you with m3u to wav conversion whatsoever.
