M4P files typically contain audio content downloaded from iTunes Music Store, so exporting to Windows Media Video format (WMV) does not make much sense. If you really need export to Windows Media format, you would be better of using WMA format instead. But of course m4p to wmv conversion is possible, it will just create blank video with audio track.
