Programs used to perform the conversion from max file to blend format.
Unfortunately, we do not have information about any software that can be used to directly convert max to blend, i.e. from 3ds Max format to Blender. What is possible however is to use some exchange format as middle step, but for max to blend conversion this still requires access to 3ds Max.
