Check out some options how mbp1 files might be converted to mobi format.
It is not possible to convert MBP1 files to MOBI simply because a .mbp1 file contains just annotations for a digital book, not the actual ebook.
If you need to convert Kindle book to MOBI, you will have to find AZW3, AZW etc. ebooks that actually contain the content (the text) which can be converted. DRM protected ebooks are typically impossible to convert unless you somehow circumvent the protection.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

Usually this happens when the conversion would try to convert different types of data between each other, such as audio to image, or it can't be done because incompatibility between programs, caused by closed file formats, very limited support or by other problems.

Files with mobi extension can be typically found as e-books saved in Mobipocket format, now mostly used by Amazon.
