MathCAD supports export to PDF format by default, so the program would be the first choice for exporting .mcd documents as .pdf documents. If you do not have access to Mathcad, you would have to find at least a viewer of .mcd files that has printing support so you can use a virtual PDF printer to convert mcd to pdf.
