mde to accde conversion is typically searched by inexperienced MS Access users that are looking for a way to convert .mde files to .accde files, which is unfortunately not possible.
Both of these files are used for compiled databases, meaning you cannot further edit or export them, just open them with the stand-alone executable.
In case you want to turn older .mde file to newer .accde variant, the only way how to do it, is to export/compile the source file again. Renaming the extensions obviously is not the solution either, although it is for some reason presented as one of the viable solution.
