Conversion of MENC to 3GP. MENC to 3GP converters.
There is no way how MENC files can be converted to original 3GP video. You need to turn of the encryption on your device to disable the feature that adds MENC extension to all your multimedia files and makes it unusable elsewhere.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
