Both .mepjs and .meps files are projects, with the key difference being the version of Movavi Slideshow Maker from where they come from. The MEPJS format replaced the previously used MEPS format, so mepjs to meps export is most likely searched either as import of new files into an older version of the tool or somehow resave new files to old files.
According to the Movavi website, this is not possible due to the fact that Slideshow Maker is not backwards compatible. In any case, you would also need all the resource references in the projects, not just the projects.
If you have access to both the old and new versions of Movavi, there might be a way to use some exchange format to transfer the content, but it will almost certainly require a manual remake of the functions specific to Movavi.
