Rather uncommon Motion JPEG video files (.mjpg) can be converted to MPEG videos (.mpg, .mpeg) with programs like Freemake Video Converter or similar.
Just keep in mind the resulting quality will be probably poor compared to common MPEGs, because MJPGs are in essence sequences of few images, not proper videos that contains huge number of frames.
