We have found one software suitable in our database for this conversion.
In Windows you can use programs like Calibre ebook management software to view MOBI files and print to XPS files using the default Windows XPS printer.
There is probably no way how to do that on other platforms, except for converting MOBI to PDF and then PDF to XPS using any of the available converters.
MOBI
Files with mobi extension can be typically found as e-books saved in Mobipocket format, now mostly used by Amazon.
XPS
Files with xps extension are almost always documents that were exported or printed in Microsoft Windows with the default Microsoft XPS Document Writer virtual printer, for example in MS Office applications. XPS format is Microsoft's much less popular alternative to PDF for fixed layout exchange documents.
