Converter utilities capable of mp4 file to lqm format conversion.
LG QuickMemo app allows users to attach multimedia files (for example .mp4) to their memos (.lqm). You can only do this in the app and it is very likely no LQM converter that would allow users to convert mp4 to lqm directly exist, there is really no alternative to this.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

MP4
An mp4 file extension is typically used for MPEG-4 multimedia files defined by ISO 14496-1 standard. Commonly used for video and movie files and supported by vast number of media players.
LQM
Files with lqm extension are in most cases memo notes saved in the LG's Quick Memo app which is available for Optimus UI and LG UX interfaces.
Files with lqm extension are mainly related to the Liquid Audio software and used for its master data files.
