The only mt2 to avr conversion we know of, would be transformation (re-encoding) of MadTracker 2 audio modules (.mt2) to Audio Visual Research sound files (.avr). For this you will need audo editor or converter with broad format support, such as the Awave Studio, which can work even with some of the very uncommon audio formats.
