We have found one software suitable in our database for this conversion.
Apparently archives made using Nero BackItUp (.nba) are just renamed ZIP compressed archive and such can be extracted or even repacked in most file archiving utilities, because ZIP is one of the standards. You can thus repack .nba files to .rar should you need it, but it won't be possible to recover using the original program after that.
Other than that, we do not know about any possible nba to rar conversions.
