Both .nks and .nkx files come from NI (Native Instruments) software, which means that if any kind of nks to nkx conversion is even possible, it would be done with these software. We have found no mentions about any such export thought, so if you face some particular issue or need such export done, you will have to contact NI support os ome online community for help.

NKS
Files with nks file extension are special audio sample archives in proprietary Native Instruments format used in its software like Traktor or Kontakt
NKX
Files with nkx extension can mainly be found as so called monoliths - encoded archives used in NI programs. Proprietary format.
