It looks like that both .nsg and .nsh files originate from old Lotus Notes, which means that if any program can somehow convert or work with these files it would be this one.
Perhaps the successor product, IBM Notes, can be used same way, unfortunately we have not yet found any specific information about nsg to nsh conversion. So if you need something specific, it would be perhaps best to reach out to IBM support.
