numbers to ods conversion actually represents one of the most common spreadsheet exports, from Apple Numbers (iWorks) to OpenDocument format used in OpenOffice/LibreOffice or similar tools.
Unfortunately, Apple ignores open standards, so the only way how do this, in this case probably attempts to import .numbers files to OpenOffice, is to find a tool that can do this. Certain versions of LibreOffice did support some versions of Numbers, but that might not be realiable enough. You can always try to use Excel or CSV formats instead.

NUMBERS
Files with numbers extension can be traditionally found in a spreadsheet format of Apple Numbers application on Mac OS X (macOS), iOS, and as a web service. Numbers spreadsheets can only be opened in the Numbers app; no 3rd party program can open or convert it to another format.
ODS
Files with ods file extension can be nowadays commonly found as spreadsheets saved using Calc program from OpenOffice.org, LibreOffice and perhaps other office productivity bundles that use documents based on OpenDocument Format schema.
