odb to doc conversion is probably searched by users that want to export texts out of OpenDocument databases (.odb) and save these texts as MS Word documents (.docx). You can probably do this manually, simply by using the copy and paste method between the two programs, but the same should also be doable through some exchange format (CSV, or XLSX). This might even be preferred way how to do this, because it will preserve tables.
