It is no usually and typically also impossible to to convert digital raw photographs from one type (like ORF from Olympus) to another one (for example CR2 from Sony).
Typically, RAWs are either saved in a digital negative format (.dgn) or exported as common JPEG or TIFF pictures for sharing / publishing purposes. If you want to preserve raw data, save it as .dgn or similar digital negative format so you can use it in a different photo editor.
