Find a software converter able to convert oxps files to xlsx files.
OXPS documents are created in Windows 8/10 and more or less only work in these operating systems. Your best shot for exporting documents from .oxps files would be to first convert oxps to xps, which is a little more supported format.
Once you have the .xps file, you will have to use of the XPS conversion tools to try to export it as Excel spreadsheet (.xls, .xlsx). If you still have trouble with getting the data as spreadsheet, try to first convert xps to pdf before finally converting it to the format you need.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

OXPS
Files with oxps file extension are documents created in Windows 8/10/11 using the latest version of the Open XML Paper Specification. You can easily view *.oxps files using the pre-installed Windows XPS viewer, but only in the latest versions of Windows. For older versions of Windows, you will need to convert oxps to xps.
XLSX
Files with xlsx extension are s used by Microsoft Excel for its workbooks (spreadsheets) in Office Open XML format. XLSX is the latest spreadsheet format used by Excel with the adoption of XML formatting first used in Office 2007. While older xls files were in proprietary binary file format, xlsx spreadsheets use a somewhat altered XML scheme.
