The easiest way to produce a .pptm file (presentation with macros enabled) from standard PowerPoint presentations (.pptx) is to use the File ► Save.. function in PowerPoint it self and re-save .pptx files as .pptm. Alternative would be to use some 3rd party presentation software with PowerPoint format support.
