Software that can be used for conversion of prpoj file type to mp4 format.
Adobe Premiere Pro projects can be exported to many video formats, including MPEG-4 (.mp4). But these files are actually .prproj files and not .prpoj files so it might very well be that you were actually looking for prproj to mp4 conversion.
