Both .prtprp and .drwprp files come from SolidWorks and are used for templates, albeit for different elements. We have not found any particular mentions of any possible prtprp to drwprp conversion or whether this is actually doable. If you need this export or struggle with this somehow, it would be perhaps best to contact SolidWorks support.
