It seems that psb to cdr conversion, i.e. large Photoshop graphics (.psb) to CorelDRAW graphics (.cdr) should work pretty much the same as standard psd to cdr conversion and should be doable using Corel Power Trace function in CorelDRAW.

It is unlikely you will find a converter that would allow direct conversion between Photoshop and CorelDRAW graphics.
