rofl to webm conversion is typically related to attempts to convert replays from Leagues of Legends to webm video, something that is not possible through standard multimedia converters and as far as we know, no rofl file converter exist. This is due the fact that game replays typically contain just instructions for the engine and not recording of the game session itself.
The only way to achieve this would be load the replay (.webm) to the LoL client and use some screen capturing program (FRAPS, Camtasia) to record and save the recording.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
