Find a software converter able to convert rtf files to srt files.
rtf to srt conversion would be something like using texts from RTF documents for making SRT video subtitles. You can certainly use texts for making subtitles in subtitle software, but it is unlikely you can do it directly via rtf to srt. At best you can manually copy past line per line to particular timing.
