What is the best converter used for converting rtv format to dwg file format.
We have no information about any possible rtv to dwg conversion or any RTV CAD format for that matter. What is however more likely is that this is a typo for rvt to dwg conversion, i.e. searches about possible export of Autodesk Revit content to DWG format.

Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
This conversion entry was verified by us and conversion from rtv to dwg was flagged as wrong or not possible.
Usually this happens when the conversion would try to convert different types of data between each other, such as audio to image, or it can't be done because incompatibility between programs, caused by closed file formats, very limited support or by other problems.

An rtv file extension is related to the NewTek uncompressed video file format.
DWG
Files with dwg extension are used for the original CAD format originally introduced in Autodesk AutoCAD. The latest version of DWG format is usuaually proprietary and can only be created in AutoCAD. Other CAD programs can usually import it but not create its proprietary form. Because of this, DWGs are often exported to DXF interchange format so that they can be seamlessly used in other CAD programs.
A dwg file extension is related to the BravoDRAFT an old CAD tool. A dwg file stores CAD drawing. It is not compatible with AutoCAD DWG format.
