Programs used to perform the conversion from sb3 file to swf format.
As far as we know, there currently does not exist a way for direct export of Scratch projects (.sb3) to Flash (.swf), which is what sb3 to swf conversion is. But some users on StackOverflow reported a lengthy workaround that involves using previous Scratch 2.0 version to achieve export to formats that can be further exported to SWF format.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
