Find a software converter able to convert sbu files to csv files.
There exist a tool called SBU Extractor that can export the contacts out of Samsung Kies backups (.sbu) to a vCard (.vcf) files. You can then simply convert vcf to csv should you need it, which will save your contacts to CSV format.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
