As far as we know, the only seq to txt conversion possible to for some older Commodore text files to plain text. However, SEQ extension is used for many file types (especially various sequences), so perhaps other ways to convert seq to txt are likely possible. Some SEQ files are just texts, so renaming extension to TXT works as well.
