Adobe Audition can export its own audio sessions (.sesx) to several audio formats, including the common MP4 format (.mp4). Considering the support of .sesx sessions in 3rd party apps is pretty limited, it is unlikely that you can achieve sesx to mp4 conversion by other means.

SESX
Files with sesx extension are audio sessions saved in Adobe Audition. These files are basically audio projects used to edit audio data. When the project is finished, the appropriate audio resources are saved in one of the common audio formats, like MP3.
MP4
An mp4 file extension is typically used for MPEG-4 multimedia files defined by ISO 14496-1 standard. Commonly used for video and movie files and supported by vast number of media players.
